Your tasks & what to expect:
As a Guest Service Agent, you are part of our check-in team and one of the first faces to greet hotel guests upon their arrival with us.
How does a check-in work? Enter guest data, collect signatures, encode room card & done! Whether at the reception or at our check-in kiosks, you assist our guests and support them with all questions. Meanwhile, you conjure a welcome drink for them at our bar and say goodbye with a tip for a city excursion.
Night shifts and answering guest calls are not part of your tasks – we want you to be alert & well-rested to focus on the really important things, namely the personal contact with our dear guests on site.
