We don’t plan for the archive. With us, bicycle facilities, public transport infrastructure, and complex traffic nodes are created that are realized. You are responsible for these projects with overview, impact, and real scope for design.
Your tasks
- With foresight, you manage selected transport and infrastructure projects from the study phase to approval and set clear priorities on controllability, quality, and goal achievement across all projects.
- You coordinate interfaces as well as information and decision-making paths to ensure projects progress efficiently and in a coordinated manner in a networked environment.
- In interdisciplinary teams, you connect specialist departments, municipalities, and external planning offices and ensure efficient processes and sustainable decisions.
- You independently commission, lead, and manage external partners – including quality assurance as well as schedule and cost control.
- You specifically contribute your expertise in road planning and further develop digital planning methods such as BIM together with us.
Your profile
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in civil engineering (or an equivalent qualification) and bring many years of experience in planning infrastructure projects.
- You think in contexts rather than individual solutions, keep an overview even in complex environments, and make clear, well-founded decisions.
- With your strong communication and networking skills, you effectively bring together people, disciplines, and organizations.
- You confidently moderate different interests, negotiate solution-oriented, and keep the direction even in challenging situations.
- What distinguishes you: willingness to shape, reliability, and team spirit – as well as the ambition to implement projects with visible impact for the future of mobility.
