We are looking for people who take action – on site and with passion! 
Your workplace is located at our sites in Rheinfelden (DE) and Laufenburg (CH). In addition, it may be necessary to travel to our sites in Visp and Donaueschingen.

Even though we offer you flexibility – working on site is central for us because we rely on direct exchange within the team. We are looking for people who want to make a difference with us and are eager to take responsibility.

What awaits you:

• Driving personnel and organizational development: You analyze change and development needs and accompany managers, employees, and teams through demanding change processes

• Consulting managers and employees: You are the first point of contact for individual and team-related learning and development measures

• Trainings, workshops, and seminars: You plan and organize targeted development formats and either conduct them yourself or coordinate suitable trainers

• Continuing education management: You manage the internal continuing education offerings, develop them strategically, and keep an eye on current trends

You bring with you:

• A completed degree in (business) psychology, pedagogy, or social sciences with a focus on personnel and organizational development

• Several years of experience in personnel and/or organizational development, ideally in the energy sector or a comparable industry

• Enjoyment in working with people, strong communication skills, and a good sense for different perspectives – also in the German-Swiss context
