Task
Are you looking for a varied and challenging position where you can optimally apply your organizational and administrative skills? We are looking for someone motivated to support our Audit Training Team in planning and organizing technical audit trainings.
How you advance KPMG
- Plan, manage and monitor the processes of physical and virtual trainings
- Support participants, trainers, performance managers, HR managers and the Audit Training Team with all training-related questions and various administrative tasks
- Conduct checks of training times for accreditation purposes
- Plan, organize and conduct events with up to 130 participants
- Take care of internal billing and cost center controlling
Why you are successful
- Completed commercial training
- At least 1-2 years of commercial professional experience, ideally in a similar position
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for working with different stakeholders
- Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Enjoy working with various tools and general IT affinity
- Independent, well-organized and precise working style
- Team-oriented personality with an interest in numbers and their analysis
