Advert Assistant 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You support and assist marketing team with administrative tasks and marketing campaign executions
- You coordinate Merchandise, tracking the stock and placing orders for reprinting
- You manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) in collaboration with marketing managers
- You update and refine product manuals and brochures in collaboration with marketing managers
- You support financial tasks - processing invoices and credit card statements
- You organize and stay on top of Asana projects and tasks of the Marketing team
- You coordinate tasks related to internal communication (Intranet, marketing newsletters,..)
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing or related field
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (German is a plus)
- You bring strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- You have a proactive, hands-on approach and a solution-oriented mindset
- You are a team player, always looking for ways to support and help your team
- You apply creativity and analytical thinking to optimize marketing initiatives
- You are proficient in MS Office, experience with Asana is an advantage
