Your tasks
- Ensure a first-class experience for our executive students in relation to programme delivery; academic administration and student support; competent accompaniment of students before and during their studies
- Ensure the smooth running and continued development of the programme: Key responsible for the administrative organisation of courses and programme activities; high level of providing support to lecturers and management team
- You advise our students individually on programme-related topics and thus contribute to their academic success
- Collaboration in a committed and multicultural team
Your profile
- Degree in economics, social sciences, international relations, service or event management, and/or practical experience in one of these fields
- Ideally, previous experience in higher education
- Strong organisational and communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate complex processes and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure; responsive and flexible attitude
- Affinity for new technologies and digitalisation processes
- Strong fluency in German is essential; good English skills are also required
