The clinic is recognized by health insurance companies, has a service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders, and is listed on the cantonal hospital list.
Clerk: Patient Administration (m/f/d), 60% (limited for 6 months)
We are looking for reinforcement at the Gontenschwil location starting immediately or by arrangement. The position is limited to 6 months, with the option of extension.
Your tasks:
- Administrative processing of patient admissions and discharges
- Collaboration in other areas related to patient administration (bed disposition, etc.)
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with bed disposition, secretariat, treatment team, reception, etc.
- Direct, diverse, and demanding contacts with patients, their relatives, and all other visitors
- Payment of pocket money to patients with preparation and follow-up including invoicing
- Fixed working hours from 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
- Solid Office/ERP user skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and resilient person with a sense of responsibility and initiative
- Discretion and trustworthiness
