The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:
As a Health Specialist, you play an important role in our foundation. You care for and support residents, even in challenging situations, with empathy and expertise. Your tasks include medical-technical procedures, which you carry out precisely and sensitively. Additionally, you ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. You also take on administrative and logistical tasks. With your commitment, you contribute to making our residents feel well cared for and looked after.
You bring the following:
- Secondary school diploma of the G or E profile
- Outgoing personality, enjoyment of contact and collaboration with others
- Team and communication skills
- Helpfulness, patience, and sense of responsibility
- Empathy as well as quick responsiveness
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
