Technical Customer Advisor 100% (a)
Region St. Gallen / Winterthur
Your Task
- Take measurements and provide consultations
- Perform repair and warranty work
- Handle and resolve complaints on-site at customers
- Ensure consultation and support for installers with a short response time
- Build and develop long-term customer and partner relationships
- Take on project management for properties
- Expand tasks according to the instructions of the Customer Service Manager
Your Profile
- Technical basic training in the sanitary field or comparable education, ideally supplemented by commercial or sales training
- Very good manual skills combined with technical understanding
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style
- Profitable personality with strong customer orientation and high service commitment
- Confident expression in the regional national language
