Technical Customer Advisor 100% (a)

Region St. Gallen / Winterthur 

Your Task

• Take measurements and provide consultations
• Perform repair and warranty work 
• Handle and resolve complaints on-site at customers
• Ensure consultation and support for installers with a short response time
• Build and develop long-term customer and partner relationships
• Take on project management for properties
• Expand tasks according to the instructions of the Customer Service Manager

Your Profile

• Technical basic training in the sanitary field or comparable education, ideally supplemented by commercial or sales training
• Very good manual skills combined with technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style 
• Profitable personality with strong customer orientation and high service commitment
• Confident expression in the regional national language
