Become part of our marketing and communication team – we are looking for a structured, creative, and proactive personality who wants to help shape Xovis.
What to expect:
- General support of the Marketing & Communication team with administrative and organizational tasks as well as ongoing projects
- Participation in the creation, implementation, and distribution of all other communication measures such as mailings, online and print activities, social media campaigns, coordination of the newsletter, etc.
- Setting up campaigns in marketing automation systems
- Support in organizing internal (team events and company events) and external events (trade fairs and customer events)
- Data entry and customer contact management in the CRM
- Creating evaluations and analyses
- Participation in marketing and communication projects
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training (E or M profile) with at least one to two years of professional experience – also welcome if you are currently in a part-time study program (HF or FH)
- Experience in a similar marketing function or a comparable area is an advantage
- Doer type with pronounced organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Creative, independent, and communicative personality
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and initiative
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good IT user skills (MS Office etc.); experience with additional marketing tools is a plus
