About the job

• You lead a team of around 20 people both professionally and personally and ensure a high-performance, committed work environment with your motivating and natural manner.
• You ensure on-time production and are responsible for stable, efficient production processes.
• You qualify, develop, and promote your employees in a targeted manner and create the foundation for sustainable team success.
• You actively participate in the commissioning of new production islands and accompany the successful ramp-up of new products in production.
• You drive continuous efficiency improvements and consistently improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• You ensure high and stable product quality and continuously develop workflows together with your team.

• Technical basic training with expertise in assembly techniques supplemented by advanced training, ideally as a certified technician HF
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment, where you have successfully led and further developed teams
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Production and continuous improvement of production processes
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and exchange ideas effortlessly with R&D on equal footing
• Experience with SAP and MS Office, ideally additionally ABACUS
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
