To optimally support our general agencies Winterthur and Eastern Switzerland in private and occupational pension provision and to offer our customers high-quality services in the area of pension provision, we are looking for an Executive Delegate Sales Pension Provision (DDVV).

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Support, advise, and promote the mentioned general agencies
• Accompany and support the field staff
• Coaching and further training of the field staff
• Support market development measures of the general agencies
• Link to the executive departments at the business headquarters

This is what distinguishes you:

• Several years of experience in insurance field sales in private and occupational pension provision
• Training in the insurance industry with further education as a financial planner IAF Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
• High level of self-motivation
• Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
• You have excellent oral and written German skills.
