Sales Internal Service Heat 50–80%

Your Tasks

  • Creation of all documents from the connection offer to the conclusion of heat supply contracts
  • Recording and tracking of all data in the CRM system including ensuring high data quality
  • Administrative support of project managers/sales in acquiring new customers until commissioning and handover
  • Control and follow-up of connection fees for new customer connections
  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Support in internal departmental projects

Your Qualities

  • Commercial basic training
  • Experience in internal sales is an advantage
  • You enjoy working on projects
  • High IT and system affinity (CRM & ERP)
  • Very good German skills, good French skills are desirable
