Your team
The Operations division is responsible for the secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds, while ensuring all activities comply with regulations and effectively manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet’s wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
You will join the Investment Reporting & Support team, which is part of the Reporting Services unit within the Operations division. This team provides a wide range of client and regulatory reporting services, delivering investment reports and data across all business lines. Your role
As a Process Analyst, your primary focus will be to propose, develop and implement solutions that enhance process quality, increase efficiency and streamline workflows related to our activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
₋ Gaining a thorough understanding of reporting tools, data flows and business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
₋ Analysing and mapping existing processes, providing clear documentation and gap analyses.
₋ Designing and implementing automation solutions (Python, VBA, Mendix, etc.) to reduce manual work, improve data quality and accelerate delivery.
₋ Clearly documenting automations, highlighting and quantifying improvements.
₋ Maintaining technical specifications and process documentation.
₋ Supporting the team by sharing knowledge and ensuring solutions are well documented and maintainable.
Your profile
Hard skills
₋ Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
₋ Practical experience with VBA, Python and other automation or data analysis tools.
₋ Strong understanding of process mapping and business process analysis.
₋ Experience with automation tools and workflow optimisation.
₋ Familiarity with data management and quality control principles.
₋ Familiarity with artificial intelligence solutions.
₋ Excellent command of French and English.
₋ Experience in the banking or financial services sector (an asset).
₋ Experience in the production and quality control of banking reports (an asset).
