We are looking for a
Medical Practice Assistant (40-80%)
in the medical secretariat from February 2026 or by arrangement.
Main tasks
Administrative processing of inpatient, practice and emergency patients (preparation of medical reports, service recording, etc.)
Organizational skills for smooth operation of the outpatient practice
Independent execution or assistance with medical-technical examinations such as ECG, ergo-/spiroergometry, long-term and event ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, pulsoxillography, respiratory polygraphy and nocturnal oximetry, small lung function, preparation of echocardiography, assistance with TEE, ultrasound, etc.
Communication with referring physicians
Deputizing for the head MPA / chief physician's secretary
Requirements
Training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or equivalent training and preferably several years of professional experience in practice and/or secretarial work
Competence in IT applications
