• You are responsible for the nursing process, incorporating the nursing models and concepts applied at LUKS
• You ensure nursing quality at the ward level in collaboration with the department management and share responsibility for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts
• You work in an interdisciplinary environment (doctors, nursing, therapists) and take on the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration
• Your commitment to the introduction of new employees as well as the guidance, support, and evaluation of trainees is of great importance

Your Experience

• You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in nursing or a comparable field and already bring relevant professional experience in practical nursing
• You are characterized by high professional and personal competence, want to work at the highest quality level, and have an interest in cardiological as well as general medical conditions
• You demonstrate pronounced social skills and excel in sensitive dealings with patients and their relatives. Your empathetic and appreciative communication significantly contributes to the positive care and well-being of our clients
