What we are looking for
You are a trained orthopedic shoemaker or have already gained experience in the field of shoe adjustment. You enjoy working independently and can approach customers openly. You put their needs at the center and convince with professional and social skills. You find it easy to connect with doctors and therapists.
Your area of responsibility
You manufacture custom and sports insoles and make adjustments to insoles and shoes according to medical prescriptions. You create shoe adjustments according to the needs of our customers and the specifications of specialists, repair shoes, and support in series and custom shoe production. Additionally, you create footbeds and fit them into the respective shoes.
