The Climate Strategy 2050 with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions guides us in designing these systems. <ul><li>Overall project management and planning of exciting small to large projects</li><li>Project management from conception to invoicing</li><li>You independently lead and handle trade-specific topics</li><li>Project management from conception to invoicing</li><li>Calculations and dimensioning of systems</li><li>Preparation of tenders</li><li>Development of project and execution documents for specialist trades</li><li>Coordination tasks (specialist coordination)</li><li>Technical site management<br></li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Technical basic training with further education as a technician HF or engineer FH in building technology (HLKK or electrical)<br></li><li>Understanding of HLKKS processes and control technology</li><li>Confident IT skills (MS Office etc.)</li><li>Good German language skills in spoken and written form</li><li>Experience in planning and execution of building automation systems</li><li>Practical approach, negotiation and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
