It brings together facilities with complementary missions of acute care, rehabilitation, EMS accommodation, and primary care medicine. We offer you more than 40 medical disciplines within a region stretching from the shores of Lake Geneva in Ecublens to Gilly, and all the way to the heart of the Jura.
We are looking for the Hospital of Morges, Aubonne and Gilly a:
Nursing Assistant / Acute Care Health Auxiliary (M/F) at 80-100%
You will be required to work in various acute care departments, for example in Medicine, Surgery, CTR, etc..., as well as in the hospitals of Morges, Aubonne and Gilly.
Starting date to be agreed.
WE OFFER YOU
- Schedules are provided 1 month in advance and we guarantee you will work at the chosen rate between 80 and 100%.
- The opportunity to work in pairs of Nurses and ASSC/nursing assistants.

YOU HAVE
- A diploma as a health auxiliary or nursing assistant, recognized by CRS.
- Experience acquired in an acute care service, required.
- Great adaptability to the requirements of the different departments to which you are assigned.
- Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
- A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Flexibility and availability to work day and night shifts as well as during the week and 2 weekends per month.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the assigned patients taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nursing delegation.
- Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the assigned patients and help them organize daily activities.
- Be responsible for managing the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
- Optimize care through a personalized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
