Department: School of Engineering
Start of work: From 01.03.2026 or by arrangement.
- Handling processes from the start to the end of studies (including with EVENTO)
- Contact person for prospective students, students, and lecturers
- Recording registrations and deregistrations in the CRM system
- Issuing invoices and checking payments as well as archiving exams (digitally and physically)
- Creating certificates and graduation documents
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience
- Proficient use of MS Office products (Word and Excel) as well as a flair for complex digital tools and interest in using them daily
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment of challenging, complex tasks as well as routine daily business
- Reliable and friendly personality with networked thinking and a structured way of working
- Teamwork and resilience
- Primary workplace in Zurich; at least 1 day every 14 days in Winterthur
