* Develop our Housekeeping Operations Managers through training, clear structures, and guidance
* Work on budgets, cost models, and sustainable solutions that have an impact beyond the individual hotel
* Ensure that quality becomes measurable, comparable, and controllable
* Work in a corporate environment but regularly visit our hotels to stay close to practice
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Bring solid rooms experience (ideally as Head of Housekeeping) and want to share your know-how across multiple properties
* Feel just as comfortable in the "office" as in hotel operations and switch effortlessly between strategy and implementation
* Enjoy leading, developing people, and have a good sense for quality in everyday life
* Want responsibility, decision-making freedom, and visible impact
* Work structured, think solution-oriented, and keep an overview even with complex issues
* Master hygiene, quality, and safety standards confidently and implement them pragmatically
* Use MS Office and PMS systems purposefully to make processes smarter and more transparent
* Feel comfortable in an international environment with lots of travel and communicate confidently in German and English, ideally bringing additional language skills
