Tasks
- Independent evidence-based integrated diagnostics and therapy within the framework of the operational concept and professional standards
- Careful structured case documentation and report preparation
- Leadership and supervision of assistant physicians and psychologists
- Networking/collaboration with involved parties (family doctor, hospital, relatives)
- Participation in interdisciplinary reports
- Collaboration in the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Further development of the psychiatric treatment and training offerings according to management guidelines
- Participation in training, continuing education, and further training offerings and projects according to management guidelines
- Involvement in the PDAG duty system
