Do you want to contribute to a strategically relevant area of Zürcher Kantonalbank? Are you passionate about innovative legal issues and finding creative solutions? Then become part of our agile, five-member team. This position is limited to 12 months.

Your tasks

In interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders, you accompany the development of innovative digital products, services, channels, and platforms throughout the entire lifecycle
You monitor legal, regulatory, and market-specific developments and assist in implementing sustainable measures
In complex procurements and sourcings, you support with your legal expertise and negotiation skills
You further develop legal foundations and contract templates and are co-responsible for the conception and implementation of internal training on legal issues

Your profile

University degree in law (lic.iur./MLaw), Swiss bar admission is an advantage
In-depth legal knowledge in technology and contract law, especially IT, IP, data protection law, AI regulation, and financial market regulation
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally at a financial service provider, IT corporation, or a similarly oriented law firm
Conceptual thinking combined with strong analytical skills as well as a goal-oriented, hands-on approach to pragmatically and independently solving legally complex challenges
Native German speaker and fluent English
