The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform department is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank. We support the interaction between sales staff and customers through digital channels and applications. In doing so, we continuously simplify the daily work of our sales staff in the areas of customer care, sales, and customer service.
We are looking for a Business Application Manager with monitoring function according to FINMA-RS 2018/3 for the Sales Platform Service & Sales team. Your tasks
- Responsible for the functional and non-functional requirements of the IT system
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks (financial, legal, or operational) using the Internal Control System (ICS), including reporting
- Create, monitor, and adjust contracts in collaboration with other departments such as Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Purchasing
- Define a control concept and ensure its proper implementation for significant outsourcing according to FINMA requirements
- Derive and implement measures based on audit reports
- Ensure, maintain, and operate IT systems in compliance with security requirements within the framework of valid processes and instructions
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree, e.g., in business informatics or a similar field
- CRISC certification (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) is an advantage
- Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection laws, compliance regulations, financial regulations)
- Dynamic, engaging, and integrative personality with a hands-on mentality
