- Managing the unit within the framework of qualitative and economic goals in a tandem model with the senior medical management
- Ensuring appropriate work organization considering personnel resources
- Implementation and further development of the unit concept
- Managing nursing processes considering professional, legal, and quality-relevant aspects
- Supporting personnel development through advising, promoting, and motivating nursing staff
Your profile
- Completed training in geriatric nursing or health and nursing care with several years of professional experience in clinical general psychiatry/-psychotherapy is desirable
- Flexibility, commitment, and a high level of social competence
- Appreciative interaction with employees
- Good communication skills
