DN1, DN2, HF, FaLP, AKP

Your area of responsibility includes: 

• Leadership, coaching, and consulting of a nursing team
• Responsibility for needs-oriented care and support of 32 residents in collaboration with relatives
• Interprofessional collaboration 
• Participation in internal projects
• Participation in nursing
• RAI responsibility
• Proficient use of electronic work tools (PC user skills)

You bring with you:

• Solid expertise, ideally experience in the field of elderly and long-term care
• Leadership experience
• Completed leadership training or the motivation to complete it
• User knowledge in RAI/RUG and willingness to further educate yourself in this area
• Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor
• High self- and social competence
• Assertiveness and organizational skills
• Gerontological knowledge
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form
