Your area of responsibility includes:
- Leadership, coaching, and consulting of a nursing team
- Responsibility for needs-oriented care and support of 32 residents in collaboration with relatives
- Interprofessional collaboration
- Participation in internal projects
- Participation in nursing
- RAI responsibility
- Proficient use of electronic work tools (PC user skills)
You bring with you:
- Solid expertise, ideally experience in the field of elderly and long-term care
- Leadership experience
- Completed leadership training or the motivation to complete it
- User knowledge in RAI/RUG and willingness to further educate yourself in this area
- Sense of responsibility, creativity, flexibility, and humor
- High self- and social competence
- Assertiveness and organizational skills
- Gerontological knowledge
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form
