To strengthen the Talent Management team, we are looking for you as – Talent Management Expert – to set new standards and prepare our talents purposefully for their leadership role of tomorrow.

Your tasks
- Co-lead a strategically important talent development program (design and moderation as well as support of talents at different levels)
- Formulate well-founded recommendations for action for the bank-wide talent management strategy (including data, trends, best practices)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy
- Design innovative talent development solutions and formats to prepare our talents for the future
- Sparring in succession planning and development
- Close collaboration with internal topic owners in the employee lifecycle (recruitment, personnel development, learning, strategic personnel planning, and culture development)
- Support in interdisciplinary projects and active participation in the accompaniment and consulting of leaders for their strategically relevant change initiatives
Your profile
- University degree or comparable education with ongoing further training in talent, leadership, and personnel development as well as coaching
- At least 10 years of experience in talent and leadership development roles in companies with progressive talent management and employee lifecycle approaches, preferably in the financial sector or similarly complex industries
- Proven track record in concept development as well as implementation of an innovative talent management strategy and in moderating and designing demanding workshop formats
- Experienced in supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to implement innovative and sustainably effective ideas
- Integrity with strong communication skills and stakeholder management also at C-level
- Strong team player with solution-oriented, pragmatic working style as well as high initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- Well connected with peers in comparable functions as well as in consulting firms
