To strengthen our team at the Commercial Vehicle Centre Lucerne, we are immediately looking for a committed, independent and reliable Automobile Mechatronics Technician / Automobile Diagnostician (a). With your enthusiasm for innovative vehicle technology, you will take on demanding diagnostic, service and repair work on our high-quality commercial vehicles and thus make an important contribution to the satisfaction of our customers.

What you achieve

• Carrying out diagnostic, service, maintenance and repair work on commercial vehicles of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks brand
• Independent analysis of fault patterns as well as professional rectification of mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Performing demanding diagnostic work with the latest testing and diagnostic systems
• Repair, inspection and maintenance of lorries, vans and trailer vehicles
• Supporting the workshop team with complex technical questions and repair cases
• Ensuring high work quality while adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Expert advice and support for our customers on technical matters

What you bring

• Completed training as an Automobile Mechatronics Technician EFZ specialising in commercial vehicles
• Further training as an Automobile Diagnostician with a federal certificate of competence or willingness to complete this
• Professional experience in the commercial vehicle sector, ideally with vehicles of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks brand
• Enthusiasm for modern vehicle technology as well as a strong affinity for diagnostic and information systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented and committed personality with enjoyment in customer contact
• Valid driving licence category B, category C advantageous
