To strengthen our controlling unit, based at the administrative headquarters in Colombier (Milvignes Municipality), we are actively looking for our next
Operations Collaborator - Controlling Unit 100%
Your main tasks:
- Execute control activities with our dedicated tool.
- Investigate and justify discrepancies detected from controls and communicate them.
- Supervise and monitor operations with increased risk from the trading room and Asset Management.
- Reconcile positions and foreign exchange results between accounting and front office.
- Monitor the impacts of "releases" on the control tool structure and adjust as needed.
- Develop and maintain the tools available in the controlling unit.
- Interact with internal and external clients according to received requests.
Your profile:
- Commercial professional maturity achieved in Switzerland
- Confirmed experience in a risk control profession (banking is an asset)
Your professional skills:
- Excellent mastery of IT tools
- Native French speaker, German and/or English is a strong asset (minimum B1)
Your personal qualities:
- Confirmed affinity for investigations and data analysis
- Strong ability to understand the cross-functional activities of a banking institution
- A sense of rigor and discipline in control
