About the job
Our goal is to impart skills to young people so that they can independently find their way in life. For this, social pedagogy, school, therapy, and vocational training work closely together with us. This excites you
- You actively assist with masonry and plastering work indoors and outdoors
- You rock renovation and remodeling projects for private clients – independently, cleanly, and reliably
- You pass on your masonry know-how to our apprentices and support them in their daily work
- You take interns and trial learners to the construction site and show them how the job really works
You bring with you
- You have training in the construction trade (e.g., as a certified mason EFZ) – or simply very good practical experience in construction
- Clean and careful work is a matter of course for you
- You are a team player, open, and can deal well with different people
- You always meet our customers in a friendly, confident, and service-oriented manner
- You want to individually accompany, promote, and impart valuable life experiences to young people
- A category B driving license would be great
