Your Tasks- You independently manage a varied real estate portfolio from a commercial and technical perspective
- You conduct property accounting including annual financial statements
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements
- You are responsible for initial and re-lettings as well as for apartment inspections and handovers
- You prepare residential and commercial lease agreements including attachments and amendments
- You prepare, conduct, and follow up on condominium owners' meetings
- You actively participate in projects in the field of property management
- You maintain personal, telephone, and written contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- A Swiss federal diploma as a property manager or equivalent further training or ongoing education
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- An independent, responsible, and service-oriented working style
- Confident appearance and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with property management software, ideally Garaio REM
- A confident written style of expression
