At our location in Kaiseraugst, we produce and distribute complete storage systems and conveyor systems for the constantly growing demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries. With our sister companies TRANSVER AG in Altendorf, DEMAUREX SA in Vufflens, HANSELLA GmbH in Viersen (DE), MF-hamburg GmbH (DE), ROTZINGER PharmaPack in Waiblingen (DE) as well as Packfeeder in Barcelona (ES), we complement our product range.

Your tasks :

• Strategic and operational management of the site

• Technical development as well as optimization of workflows

• Financial responsibility including budget planning in close cooperation with the specialist departments

• Responsibility for the operational day-to-day business and active support in everyday life where necessary

• Leadership, coaching and team building of employees and departments

• Promotion of cooperation between areas of responsibility as well as with departments and companies of the group

• Ensuring compliance with Swiss and international regulations

Your profile:

• Completed technical apprenticeship/studies ideally with further training in mechanical engineering/business administration

• Experience in design, purchasing, production as well as in business management

• Experience in mechanical engineering in the international capital goods business is an advantage (preferably food industry)

• Leadership experience in a comparable position is an advantage

• Fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage

• Hands-on mentality combined with the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
