• Development of new products and implementation of customer-specific requirements
• Optimization of existing recipes in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness
• Accompanying recipe changes in production
• Accompanying and releasing zero & first productions
• Coordination of development planning up to series production maturity
• Independent implementation and documentation of development projects
• Organizing, conducting and evaluating tastings
• You act as an interface with production and the departments of quality assurance and product management

• Training as a meat specialist
• Professional experience in production or product development of food
• Independent working style, analytical thinking skills, as well as industry & process understanding
• Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in product design
• Understanding of meat products and production technology
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
