What to expect

In this position, you are part of the Legal & Claims 2 department at Protekta. Together with your team of legal professionals, you are responsible for handling cases in the areas of tenancy and contract law.

Your impact with us

The focus of your job is on managing legal cases in the field of tenancy and contract law (tenancy law, property law, neighbour law, contract for work, mandate, purchase contract, etc.).

With your social skills and a healthy dose of service orientation, you advise our clients on all questions within the relevant legal areas.

You conduct oral and written negotiations with our clients, opposing parties, authorities, opposing lawyers or other legal representatives.

Your profile

• Completed law degree and ideally the bar admission
• Initial practical experience in tenancy law is a plus
• Customer-oriented, strong negotiation skills and flexible working style
• Team-oriented, proactive and open personality
• Open attitude towards digital topics
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills are a plus

Your workload is negotiable from 80% and the workplace is Bern.
