Tasks
- Conducting stabilizing art therapy group settings with people in acute psychological crisis situations
- Collaboration and mutual support within the interprofessional treatment team, according to applicable standards and instructions
- Support of therapeutic objectives according to case management
- Incorporation of evidence-based and guideline-supported working methods
- Active participation in training and further education events
Profile
- Federal diploma in art therapy specializing in design and painting therapy / intermedial therapy or comparable university degree
- Several years of professional experience in clinical art therapy; experience in reorientation and stabilization techniques with acutely mentally ill people is desirable
- High degree of empathy, confidence, and flexibility
- Team spirit and strong communication skills in interprofessional collaboration
- Resilience and presence in a demanding, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to further education in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
