Your new job
- Maintaining our existing customer relationships, actively acquiring new customers, and developing the network of qualified dealers in the defined sales area.
- Advising and supporting customers - in a spirit of partnership, commitment, and equality.
- Selling all products in the range, including customer-specific products.
- Supporting customers in designing the point-of-sale assortment.
- Market observation, market development, and implementation of new sales channels (e-shop, social media, etc.).
- Implementing the company and distribution strategy according to management guidelines.
- Maintaining and managing customer administration in the CRM system.
- Collaborating closely and consulting with colleagues from the internal service.

Your skills
- Professional training in the construction/finishing sector or hardware, ideally complemented by further commercial training.
- Several years of experience in external service, preferably in technical wholesale trade, and know-how in creating and developing distribution areas.
- A motivated and convincing sales personality who appreciates direct contact with business partners and customers.
- A strong customer orientation and willingness to provide services, absolute reliability, as well as independent and targeted work.
- Negotiation talent and a convincing presentation with a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluency in French in negotiations and good knowledge of spoken and written German (preferably bilingual).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Interest in digitization and digital distribution.
