The Negishi Sushi Bar, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue in the City Mall Archhöfe in Winterthur offers 120 seats indoors, some styled as a Washitsu, a traditional Japanese room, as well as an additional 60 seats outdoors.
