Job Description
Your Tasks
As a Product Owner, you are the link between end users and suppliers regarding contract and product developments and act as the central contact person for the Administrative Information Systems towards the software suppliers. You work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to provide our customers with ever better service.

Your Area of Responsibility
- Further development of administrative information systems (ERP, personnel scheduling, HCM, …) in close cooperation with users.
- Responsible for planning and execution of releases and test management.
- Recording and managing business requirements.
- Methodical analysis, concept creation, and specification.
- Support and accompany clinical IT projects in all phases.
- Ensuring communication between administrative/clinical areas and IT.
- Link between clinics (1st/2nd level support) and the support organizations of outsourcing partners.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in computer science.
- Solid ERP knowledge, ideally of Opale, Polypoint PEP, Therefore.
- Excellent ability to analyze and model user needs.
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with IT and specialists from administrative and clinical areas.
- Good knowledge of IT development processes, especially regarding agile methods and quality.
- Good knowledge of ITIL practices.
- High independence, strong analytical skills, and good presentation techniques.
- Bilingual in German and French with good English skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
