• You are the first point of contact for our guests with questions about the offer and premises
• You introduce first-time guests and groups to the casino world
• You actively assist with promotions and tours through the casino
• You participate in internal as well as occasionally external events
• You actively support our gastronomy department

• You appreciate the unconventional working hours (between 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.), which mainly take place on weekends and public holidays
• You can preferably guarantee a minimum of 4 shifts per month on weekends 
• You have pleasant manners, an elegant appearance, and a well-groomed look
• You are communicative, committed, service-oriented, and work independently
• You can communicate easily in German and have good English skills
