• You support the customer managers in the care of demanding private customers in all administrative matters (especially opening new and managing existing customer relationships, online services, payment transactions, card services, compliance and other clarifications related to banking)
• You ensure a high-quality administrative and regulatory processing in the investment business
• You assist with regulatory issues, processing documents and maintaining system entries
• You have direct contact with our customers (by phone and in writing) and independently handle electronic and physical correspondence

• You have a commercial basic education in the banking sector
• Your mother tongue is German or French and you have good knowledge of the other language (at least at B2 level)
• Independent work, initiative and daily contact with wealthy private customers bring you joy
• Your high service orientation, flexibility and a healthy dose of assertiveness characterize you
• You have a high sense of responsibility combined with solution-oriented action and high quality standards
