In the versatile and responsible role as a bartender (m/f/d), the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

• Interaction with guests for an entertaining bar atmosphere
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Building and maintaining regular customer relationships
• Developing signature cocktails and co-designing the bar menus as well as show elements
• Creation of unique presentation styles
• Knowledge of the bar and restaurant menu as well as cocktail recipes
• Mise-en-place and follow-up at the bar
• Ordering drinks and bar supplies in cooperation with management
• Implementation of hotel-specific quality standards, quality management, and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Care and cleaning of bar equipment

• Completed restaurant or hotel training or many years of experience in the gastronomy sector desirable
• Confident and friendly appearance - winning personality
• Resilient, flexible, and communicative
• Reliable and careful working style
• Language skills in German and English
