The Weizenkorn Foundation is a social enterprise in the form of a sheltered workshop. We offer over 300 adapted work and training positions primarily for young women and men who are temporarily or permanently impaired in their performance due to psychological, psychosocial, or cognitive reasons. The maintenance cleaning of our own properties is organized as a work-educational service area. All properties are located in the Basel area at 7 locations. These locations are being divided into two teams. Therefore, we are looking for a committed personality to support the existing caretaker team starting in autumn 2025 or by agreement as
Site Responsibility for Operations/Maintenance Cleaning 100 % Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the cleaning of the company's own properties (mainly location:
Venedig-Strasse 37)

Work-educational support, guidance, and promotion of 7 to 10 employees at the supported work and training place (including case documentation)
Responsible for the daily break catering of the staff at Venedig-Strasse 37
Contact person for external craftsmen in the area of building maintenance
Contract work for external customers in the area of building cleaning

You bring:
- Completed training as a specialist in cleaning technology EFZ or specialist in operations maintenance EFZ

Enjoyment in promoting and supporting people with a disability
Work-educational further training and/or experience
Organizational talent and experience in leading a small team (e.g. training of apprentices)
Fluent German skills, administrative abilities, basic knowledge of IT (Office)
Christian confession in life attitude
