About the job
What you can achieve
- Preparation, planning, coordination, and follow-up of stays of foreign private patients at USB in collaboration with the involved clinics
- Handling all concerns of patients and their relatives before, during, and after the stay (visa procurement, hotel booking, transfers, interpreters, etc.)
- Taking over various administrative tasks related to the hospital stay of patients (e.g., cost assurance, SAP data maintenance)
- Maintaining contact with external partners (companies, embassies, interpreters, partner hospitals, etc.)
- Supporting the International Service management in various areas (marketing, referral management, reporting)
What you bring with you
- Commercial training (E-profile) or comparable training in healthcare, tourism, or upscale hospitality
- At least three years of professional experience in the hospital sector, preferably in patient management
- Basic medical knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with strong communication skills as well as a systematic and structured way of working
