The privately run senior center in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Center Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular facility in the healthcare sector.

Commercial Allrounder in the Field of Care and Support
(m, f, d) 60% - 80%
In this new role as a committed administrative talent, you can proactively and independently help shape the function.
What you can achieve with us:
- In this role, you are responsible for ensuring smooth and service-oriented personnel deployment planning for the residential groups. You are responsible for ensuring deployment planning in case of staff absences and maintain the electronic personnel deployment planning system (PEP). Thus, you take on an important supporting function for the management of the residential groups and the responsible employees in the field of care and support.
- You support the residential groups, especially the residential group managers and nursing experts, in administrative matters and provide various internal services according to the assignment.
- You maintain close cooperation with the HR department to ensure personnel administrative processes.
- You independently prepare the monthly changes in the personnel deployment planning system for the management for approval.
What you bring with you:
You have a quick grasp, are reliable, and keep an overview in hectic situations. You are used to working independently and in a very agile environment. You are a committed, service- and solution-oriented personality with the ability to think in networks.
You have a commercial or comparable education, ideally have experience in a coordinating or triage function. If you have very good oral and written expression and describe yourself as resilient, very flexible, and enjoy working mainly with older people, then we should get to know each other.
