To strengthen our CSO teams, we are looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator Trade Shows Malls Markets 100% (m/f/d) starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
In this role, you act as a link between our field sales consultants and our internal sales department. You are responsible for the timely and correct planning and order processing of sales appearances in the sales channels trade shows, malls, and markets. This is optimized through sound sales analyses and process optimizations.
Your tasks:
- Planning and handling of sales appearances at around 20 trade shows, 60 malls, 500 markets per year
- Responsible for the cash register system regarding master data, user support, and hardware
- Creating evaluations and sales analyses and the resulting optimization of the product portfolio
- Cross-departmental active process design including documentation
- Handling customer and sales consultant inquiries via email and phone (German / French)
- Support and deputy function of the M&M manager in various projects as well as the strategic further development of the MMM appearances
- Coordination, planning, and booking of trade shows, malls, and markets
- Telephone and written support of internal departments such as sales consultants, logistics, accounting, marketing, and digital department
- Provision of various POS materials for trade shows, malls, and markets
- Creating goodwill and product reshipments as well as processing credit notes
- Recording customer interactions and maintaining master data
- Various clarifications related to customer orders
- Support with administrative tasks and projects as needed
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training – with the goal of starting higher education
- Digitally savvy and very strong knowledge of MS Office
- Service-oriented, assertive, and resilient personality
- Organizational talent with an independent and precise working style
- High quality awareness, self-responsibility, and reliability
- Strong flair for numbers and process topics
- Analytical and networked thinking
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Team player and high customer orientation
Languages
- Native German
- Good French skills
