Your profileYour area of responsibility:
- You take care of our customers from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact
- You work closely with the sales team and act as the interface between the workshop and customers
- You prepare quotes according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness and completeness, and ensure professional order processing
- You create a pleasant atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for holistic mobility
- You have completed training in the field of body and paint and possess good commercial knowledge
- Ideally, you already have customer service experience
- You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people, and impress with your consulting skills and persuasiveness
- You are resilient, handle stress positively, and always maintain a positive mindset
- Your customer-oriented manner, expertise, and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication, and the use of AI tools
- You hold a valid category B driving license
- You have solution- and success-oriented thinking
- You are a team player, reliable, organized, and resilient
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills
