For assignments in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a competent specialist.

Your main tasks are:

• Management and organization of construction sites in the field of new construction and renovation on site
• Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
• Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
• Ensuring a qualitatively flawless, timely and economical execution
• Coordination of personnel, machinery and material deployments
• Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• Control of the executed work regarding quality, dimensions and time
• Support in site logistics and reporting
• Close cooperation with construction managers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Shaping efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-capable and practical

You should bring the following:

• Completed training as a foreman or equivalent further education in the main construction trade
• Solid technical knowledge as well as good organizational skills
• Several years of practical experience in managing construction sites, ideally in new construction and renovation
• Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style
• Ability for clear communication and leadership of construction teams
• High quality and safety awareness
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
• Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
• Open, team-oriented appearance with assertiveness and commitment
