Your Tasks
- Ensuring pedagogically oriented support for adults with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior in various residential groups
- Promotion, activation, and support of our users specifically according to their individual abilities
- Working in different teams during day shifts
- Maintaining user documentation
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a care specialist, child care specialist, health care specialist, geriatric nurse, certified disability care worker, or curative education nurse
- Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is an advantage
- You are resilient, a team player, and work resource-oriented
- You are very flexible and benefit from attractive working conditions with duty planning by individual arrangement
- Irregular working hours during day shifts are natural for you
