Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als LKW-, Landmaschinen- oder Automobil-Mechatroniker.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for you as an independent and solution-oriented workshop coordinator for buses.

Your Tasks

You have the operational management of the bus workshop in collaboration with the workshop team leader.
With the help of the planner, you create repair orders and service plans. You distribute the orders to the employees and carry out the final inspection on the vehicles.
You monitor the qualitative and quantitative performance, taking into account the regulations set by the vehicle manufacturer and the established workflows (IFS).
You plan repair, service, and MFK appointments for our vehicle fleet in consultation with our logistics.

Your Profile

You have completed training as a truck, agricultural machinery, or automotive mechatronics technician and hold a driver's license category C.
You demonstrate your several years of professional experience in the fields of technology, diagnostics, or as a workshop coordinator. You are excited about stepping into the world of electromobility. You are open to new things, curious, and in tune with the times.
Through your independent, solution-oriented, and careful working style, you maintain an overview and calm even in hectic situations. Planning and organization are among your strengths.
As a service-oriented, uncomplicated team player, you can always be relied upon, and you look forward to making a lot of things happen with us.
