Your Tasks
- Ensuring the well-being and quality of life of patients aged 65 and over with long-term psychiatric illnesses and somatic complaints
- Supporting nursing specialists in organizing daily ward routines
- Planning, performing, and evaluating nursing activities
- Close cooperation with the nursing and treatment team
- Collaboration with relatives and authorized representatives
Your Profile
- Nursing diploma with a focus primarily on psychiatry or somatics
- Professional experience in psychiatry / somatics / long-term care
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Resilient, sociable, constructive, and empathetic personality
- Team player
